Return & Exchange
Return is only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The products you received are damaged by our own mistake.

  • TIMBA has sent the wrong product (you have not received the products listed in your email confirmation).

How to Process a Return & Exhange?

  1. Please contact us within 2 days after receiving the package by email at my.timba@gmail.com with subject “RETURN REQUEST”. Please, include the reason for return.

  2. If your request is authorized by TIMBA, you will receive an email confirmation. You will have 7 days to send the product back. If after 7 days we do not receive the product, we will consider your request cancelled.

  3. TIMBA is not responsible for a missing package. To avoid this, we recommend you to send the product back to us by using traceable shipping.

  4. When we receive your product, we will check it first. If we notice that the product has been used, damaged or do not comply with the other conditions stated above, we have right to cancel your request, and you will be notified. If this condition happens, the product will be sent back to you at your expenses and a refund will not be granted.

  5. In case of accepting product for the exchange, the new product will be shipped upon availability. Once the exchange process is complete, you will receive an email confirmation of your exchange and tracking number.

  6. Refund is only applicable if the exchange product is out of stock and the material for reproducing the product is unavailable. We will process your refund in 3 working days after notifying you.
